A new exhibition at the Scottish Ornithologists’ Club in Aberlady, showcases new prints by Lisa Hooper, alongside glass sculptures by Graham Muir.

An established wildlife artist, Lisa is based in Galloway and has practised printmaking for almost thirty years, drawing inspiration from the birds and wildlife seen close to home and on her requent visits to Orkney and Shetland. Here she is showing a new body of  woodcuts, linocuts and etchings. An elected member of the Society of Wildlife Artists, she exhibits widely in the UK and has published two books as well as contributing to other wildlife-related publications.

Graham’s glass waves are inspired by the seas’s beauty and power and by the process of glassmaking itself, enjoying the dialogue between artist and material.
