Art & Craft Collective in Edinburgh is presenting work by Debbie Mountain, who creates semi-monochromatic, three-dimensional pyramids in oil paint, or by pulling paint over torn photos. Debbie, who exhibited at Upright Gallery earlier this year, is inspired by minimalism, and her work alludes to nothing more than the joyful exploration of paint and paper. There is a meet-the-artist on Saturday 1st October at 2:30pm. Also exhibiting at the gallery are photographer Kathryn George and wood sculptor Emily Lewis.
