Edinburgh auction house Lyon & Turnbull has a busy April of online auctions lined-up: following its 30th March sale of Select Jewellery and Watches, April’s programme begins with Contemporary Post-War Art and Prints & Multiples (both 6th April), DESIGN Since 1860* on the 20th and 21st, Lalique inc A Private Collection of Car Mascots on the 28th, and finally, on the 29th, MODERN-MADE: Modern British and Post-War Art, Design & Studio Ceramics.
*The first session of the Design Since 1860 series is Gothic Revival & Aesthetic Movement, followed by the Art & Crafts Period, both featuring furniture, mirrors, tiles, candlesticks, stained glass, lighting, vases, glassware and clocks among many other items.
